Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

All your quiz history, progress, and saved results will be permanently removed.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an Email Send an email to support@quizguru.lk using the same email address linked to your Quiz Guru account.

Include Subject Line Use the subject line: "Delete My Quiz Guru Account"

Provide Account Details Include your username or any other account identifiers to help us locate your account quickly.

Await Confirmation We'll send you a confirmation email within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Account Information

Email, display name, login credentials, and profile settings

Quiz History

All quiz attempts, scores, progress tracking, and performance analytics

Saved Content

Bookmarked quizzes, custom quizzes, and saved study materials

PDF Summaries

All uploaded PDFs and generated summaries will be permanently removed

Data Retention Information

Deletion Timeline

Request Received We'll acknowledge your deletion request within 24 hours

Account Deletion Your account and personal data will be deleted within 7 days

Backup Removal All backup and cached data will be permanently removed within 7 days

Data We May Retain

Non-identifiable, anonymized usage statistics may be retained for app performance analytics and improvement purposes. This data cannot be linked back to your identity.
